myan789 Frequently Asked Questions — Full List

myan789 has two customer support channels. The first is 24/7 Live Chat directly on the website, with instant responses in Burmese. The second is email at [email protected]. These two are the only official support channels.

When contacting support, please have ready: your registered account username or phone number, the time the issue occurred (MMT), and for deposit/withdrawal matters, the payment method (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) and amount. Attach a screenshot if you have one — having these details will help resolve your issue faster.

Yes. Live Chat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can contact us past midnight Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Our team is always available to help immediately if an issue comes up during late-night football matches.

That's right. myan789's support team is set up for Myanmar players, and you can contact us in Burmese on both Live Chat and email. Players can explain their issues in their own language without worrying about translation.

When you send an email to [email protected], a reply will be sent back to the same email thread. If you want an immediate response, use Live Chat — it's faster and direct, making it more suitable for urgent matters.

Yes. You can play 2D and 3D lottery directly through the browser on both Android and iOS phones. No app download is needed — just open the myan789 website in your phone browser, log in, and play. Since the screen is smaller, make sure you have a stable data connection for a smooth experience.

The 3D lottery depends on whether your chosen three-digit number matches the draw result. The result cannot be known before the draw and is determined by a random number system (RNG), so no one can predict it in advance. When you win, the amount is added to your account immediately and you can withdraw it without any further steps.

Shan Koe Mee is a card game originating from the Shan region of Myanmar. While traditionally played with physical cards, it can be played online in a digital format. Each player draws from a card pile and the one with the higher value wins. Because the game is familiar to Myanmar culture, it is popular among local players.

You can check the 2D lottery draw results on the 2D lottery page of the myan789 website. Your win or loss will be shown in your account immediately after the draw, and if you win, the amount will be added to your account. We do not advise on which numbers to pick and do not provide any predictions of that kind.

You can play on phones running Android 8.0 or above and iOS 13 or above, using Chrome, Safari, or Firefox browsers. It also works well on Windows PC with Chrome. Just open the myan789 website on whichever device you use and start playing.

A Pending status during withdrawal is part of the normal verification process. It happens because the amount and your account details need to be checked and confirmed. Normally the funds arrive within 1 hour. If it goes beyond that, please contact us via Live Chat.

To be eligible to withdraw winnings from a Welcome Bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement. You are required to wager 10 times the bonus amount — for example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks and must wager 300,000 Ks. Only after meeting this requirement can you withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.

Withdrawals are processed. myan789's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Even if you win on a Sunday night football match, you can withdraw your winnings within 1 hour.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and this applies equally to all payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Please note that requests below this amount will fail the verification check and will not be processed.

Withdrawals can only be sent to the registered player's own KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay wallet. If the wallet does not match the account, the withdrawal may fail. This policy is strictly enforced for security reasons.

If your connection drops during play, many games save your session on the server so you can continue when you reconnect. However, for rounds where a spin or bet has already been placed, the result is determined by the server based on its records. If connection issues happen frequently, try switching to WiFi or contact support via Live Chat.
